    What is the price of an embroidered handwritten note by Toujours Forever ?

    There is currently only one format and one single price corresponding to a note of approximately 14x18cm. The embroidered note is sold unframed, on 100% unbleached cotton fabric. The price is 75 euros excluding delivery costs.

    Do I need to send the original handwritten note?

    No. Keep the original safe. A clear photo taken straight on, against a neutral background and in good lighting, is all we need.
    Do I need to choose a size when ordering?

    We currently offer one size and one price. Your embroidery will be approximately 14 × 18 cm, unframed, on 100% unbleached cotton fabric. The price is €75, excluding shipping.
    How should I photograph my handwritten note?

    Ideally, take a clear photo in daylight, against a neutral background, with the note photographed straight on. A scan works perfectly too. Avoid blurry, dark or distant photos.
    What colour will my embroidery be?

    Our signature colour is carmine red — a shade that perfectly reflects the Toujours Forever world. But we love making each piece truly yours, so if you have a specific colour in mind, send us a message on Instagram and we’ll be happy to consider it.
    What happens if my photo isn’t suitable for embroidery?

    After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the address to send us your photo. We’ll carefully check it before we begin. If it’s too blurry, too dark or unclear, we’ll get in touch and help you take a better one. If we’re still unable to use it, we’ll issue a full refund.
    How long do I have to send my photo?

    There’s no specific deadline, but the sooner we receive your photo, the sooner we can start working on your order. Orders are processed in the order we receive the photos. If you have any questions before sending yours, feel free to message us on Instagram.
    How much is shipping?

    Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
    When will I receive my embroidered note?

    Once we’ve received and approved your photo, please allow approximately two weeks for your embroidered note to be made and shipped.
    What kind of words look best when embroidered?

    Little notes, children’s names and drawings, short messages, a sentence from a letter, signatures… Simple, meaningful words are often the most beautiful ones to keep forever.
